Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Valdet is a Yogi and the Founder of Aroma Veda, an Ayurvedic personal care company. In 2010, she moved to India, immersing herself in the deep study of Yoga and Ayurveda at Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust, Coimbatore.

 

Upon her return to America, she continued to study numerous complementary modalities that include Thai Yoga Bodywork under Jonas Westring as well as aromatherapy courses through Floracopeia. She also received her Diploma in Organic Skin Care Formulation through the world-class programs offered by Formula Botanica.

 

A resident of the Bay Area, Valdet uses Yoga, Meditation and Thai Yoga bodywork to help her clients on their journey towards optimal health. She pays focused attention to breathing, form, strength & flexibility while guiding everyone's unique path towards their personal progress. 

 

When not working with clients for Yoga and Meditation, Valdet pours herself into running Aroma Veda; her Ayurvedic oils, skin toners, face polish, and other skincare products use high-quality organic ingredients aimed at enhancing the quality of life and wellness for all.
